  1. this is the best tasting bars of the south beach bars, not too sweet like the others. they are just a little smaller and not easily available like the others especially in the whole sale stores, they are especially good if you have diabetes, as like savors and hunger stopper or snack.

  2. I have been eating these bars for a couple years now and I have yet to get sick of them! I am hypoglycemic so my blood sugar crashes with no warning–these bars keep my blood sugar from crashing and save me whenever it actually does! I have one in my purse at all times! And the best part is: when I have one for breakfast, they keep me full longer than any other protein bar. This is definitely the best flavor too :-)

  3. I’ve been eating these since last May and I haven’t gotten tired of them, yet. One of these bars, along with an apple (or other small fruit) and a diet pop is what I eat for lunch. It’s a treat I can look forward to. (Lost 44 pounds so far, too.)

  4. I really love the SB protein bars, all the flavors. They’re just the right sweetness, just the right crunch, so you don’t feel deprived. And with 10 grams of protein, they’re perfect for people on restricted calorie/high protein diets. I love the cinnamon/raisin, maple nut, and first tried the peanut butter variety – it reeled me in and I was hooked. This from a person who dislikes peanut butter! They’re larger than the Weight Watchers bars my husband bought, which were just two bites. Excellent product!

  5. These SBD protein bars are very tasty for a protein bar. They’re like a dense rice-crispy treat with peanut butter holding things together. I think they’re perfect for a healthy snack, energy during a longer workout, or if you eat two of them with a piece of fruit, a very good light meal. They have about 10 grams of protein each, which is really good considering they’re only 35g bars. They also have a good deal of fiber, are low in sugar, and have very little fat. They are smaller than many other protein bars, so bear in mind that they are NOT meal replacement bars unless you eat more than one of them.
