  1. ive been doing this for 2 weeks and have seen no change or difference. can someone tell me why? lol i really wanna get a 6 pack by summer. and when i do these exercises, my abs do hurt, but nothings changing.

  4. running gets you abs the fastest. your burning fat and not just working on your legs its your whole body. also running stairs in even better then just running but ya i do both trying to lose 30 lbs

  10. probably your not doing cardio, or your diet might not be the best. Even if you cant see your abs, it must be getting harder

  12. no you don’t, you just have to get your overall body fat low enough for them to be visible, if that’s even possible, in most cases it isn’t, people with 6 packs are rare , and the six pack is usually temporary because it’s not natural. Were supposed to have some fat on our stomachs.

  14. It applies the other way too. You could build your abs a lot but they won’t be visible under you stomach fat. You need to do cardio to burn that fat.

  17. I have like no stomach fat. I can see my abs when i flex. so to me its just a matter of building them up and ive been doing this for 2 weeks, 2 times a day and still see no change. but when i stretch, it feels like my abs are sore, which i think is a good thing. id do anything to get a 6 pack, i just dont know what im doing!

    cardio is anything that gets yer heart rate up. so like running, jogging, biking, etc. for 30 mins is good cardio

  20. Hey, ive been doing this for 3 weeks now, and can see a big change, but im sort of getting through it quite easily now, was wondering if anyone new what to do to advance it, maybe try doing twice without stopping?
    any other ideas?

  24. @ anime1217 sorry dude your a dipshit go run some stairs and keep doing your abs. i never said dont just run fucking dumbass. but just doing crunches wont get you a six pack. do a alternation of long distance and sprints while doing your ab workout and i bet you will get some results. maybe you should go research shit befor you just start calling people dipshits
