1. Needless to say that I tried numerous pills and diet plans in my 40’s – nothing ever worked! These are the ONLY pills that work for me – within only 18 days I have lost already 10 lbs!!! – and I did NOT exercise at all, nor did I change my eating habits! As soon as I began taking these pills – my energy level increased dramatically, now I can accomplish twice as much as I could ever accomplish before, it feels like I’m on my early 20’s again! My mental activities increased, my thought processes are clearer and with much better focus. I’m suffering of high blood pressure, yet these pills do not affect me at all on this level, although there is a warning on the box against high blood pressure. Only side effect that I did not like was dry mouth for about three-four days from the beginning, yet now it does not bother me anymore. 2. I purchased this product based on the 15 reviews that swore they had significant weight loss. This has not been my experience. I just started week 5 using the product. I have lost 4 pounds, 1 pound a week, since I began using this product. However, I cannot be sure the loss is attributed to the product or if it is because I also cut calories to 1200 a day and started going to the gym 3X per week for 1 hour. That said, I have ordered another box and intend to try the product for a full 2 months. I’ll report the results at the end. To date, the only side effect from the product has been constantly being thirsty. Worth dealing with if the product works.

3. I absolutely love this product, it’s made from nature and it works! My sister bought it for me and I used it and saw immediate results! I have 2 kids and my youngest is 20 months. I used the energy boost to get me to work out and I lost so much weight. I stopped using it because my sister couldn’t find it at the store anymore and I was devasted. Thank God for amazon! I recommend those who see result and reach their goal weight not to quit this product cold turkey. My suggestion is after you reach your goal weight use 1 pill every other day, and as you gain control over your food portions use it once every 2 days, and so on. Wean yourself off slowly.

4. I have tried several weightloss products, and this is the only one that has worked. I was not hungry and food did not have the appeal that it once did. (For me, not being hungry, doesn’t mean I don’t eat!) But this pill took care of both the hunger and desire. Also, it gave me a lot of energy.

   However, you must prepare for side effects. I did have some disruption in my sleeping patterns. I had no trouble falling asleep, but I would wake up very early. Also, sometimes I felt a little jittery if I had an extra cup of a coffee. These side effects did not bother me though. Actually, waking up an early was an extra perk!

   The worst side effect is the dry mouth. If you decide to use this product, I cannot stress enough that you need to also make sure you prepare to treat the dry mouth. (Not only is it uncomfortable, but it causes tooth decay if it is frequent and untreated.) Suggestions: Buy Biotene toothpaste and mouth wash for dry mouth to protect your teeth; Floss of course; Use mouth sprays/gels for dry mouth (Biotene or Oasis); Chew on sugarless gum or candy; Drink lots of water; Limit caffeine & alcohol.

   I have lost about 15 lbs in just over a month. (I was 135 lbs and am now 119 lbs.) Also, it is important to note that I have also been exercising over that time. The added energy and waking up early helped me stay on track with the exercising. Now that I am not taking the pill, I’m still doing well. 30 days of exercising and eating less was enough to become a habit for me. My appetite is smaller, and my exercise routine is just a part of my morning schedule now.

5. i’ve lost 30 pounds in about 3 months using this product!! it actually works without exercise or strict diets. the first month i experienced dry mouth, slight dizziness and nausea but after that, all that went away. i know someone who took those pills to her cardiologist (here in the United States!!) and the cardiologist said that the pills were safe for her to take and is more of like an appetite controller so that people can learn how to eat properly and not overindulge! i would definitely recommend this to anyone!
