How to kick start a diet for an overweight person?

I need to lose about 55-70 pounds and i’m fine with exerciseing but i need to know a diet plan i hate starving myself in the begining its too hard because right now i’m used to a 3000 calorie or more diet so i obviously need a 1500 calorie diet or less but i want to feel full but eat healthy idk any ideas?

    Firstly, you need to change your mindset. over eating is done subconsciously for comfort and from boredom. So what’s the first step? A change in mind set. When you think of thoughts that revlove around food, replace them with other thoughts, like water. Which brings me to my second point.
    Belive it or not, water assists in loosing weight! So drink, drink, drink!

    Thirdly, eating is all about a balance. Eat food, and exercise it off.
    The reason people gain weight is because people over throw these scales, eating more and not working it off. See that the balance has gone? So, what you need to do is the exact opposite. Less food (please, be reasonably with this) and MORE EXERCISE!

    Another interestig fact is that people who eat breakfast in the morining are more likely to loose weight than those who diet and skip this meal. This is because breakfast helps kick start your metabolisim, imperitive for breaking down substances.

  3. You have to eat three square meals a day, if you don’t eat right you will not lose weight no matter what you do, walking is excellent exorcise, maybe a half a mile to a mile a day, if you have to eat between meals eat fruit or a salad with no dressing!
    If you get hungry a couple of hours after eating supper, again fruit or a salad (no dressing) & do not eat after nine p.m.!!
    I’ve been doing this for three weeks & already lost 12 pounds!!

  5. EAT POPCORN!

    Helped me lose weight! It’s a really light, filling snack for whenever you have the urge! Low calories / fat too. Just make sure don’t get “SUPER EXTREME BUTTER” or anything like that.
